We’ll gather in the garden, where chef Rami Nore will prepare a six-course dinner over open fire – made with vegetables, herbs, and wild flavours grown right there on the farm.

Farm’s egg, celtuce and ramson
Potato taco, broad beans and forest pesto
Pork neck, nettle crepes and farm’s salad
Yoghurt mousse and black currant
Colostrum milk pannacotta, strawberry and woodruff
The menu includes a three-part juice pairing, along with tea and coffee to end.
