Services Provided

Supper Tale connects customers with event organisers (Tale-Tellers) for supper clubs, food workshops, catering, and side events. The specific details of each event, including the date, location, and price, will be listed on our website.

Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: Bookings are made through our website. You will receive a confirmation email with event details.

  • Payment: The event price and a separate booking fee are payable in advance. The total amount includes VAT.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • General Policy: Customers can make changes or cancel their booking up to five days before the event to receive a full refund of the event fee. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than five days before the event may not be eligible for a refund of the event fee.

  • Catering Events: Due to the bespoke nature of catering services, a different cancellation policy applies. For catering events, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance of the event date to qualify for a partial refund of the event fee. The specific terms, including any non-refundable deposits or fees, will be detailed in the event contract.

  • Event Cancellation by Supper Tale: In the unlikely event that Supper Tale cancels an event, including catering services, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer, including both the event fee and the booking fee, unless otherwise specified in a signed event contract.

User Responsibilities

  • Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions during booking.

  • Conduct at Events: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

Age Requirements

  • Supper Clubs and Adult-Only Events: These events are primarily for adults (18+).

  • All-Age Events: Some events are open to all ages.

Liability

Supper Tale is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred at any event hosted by a Tale-Teller.
